Ability: Snow Cloak - increases evasiveness in snow or hail.

 Blizzard-(whips up a flurry of white and light blue bits of snow and ice.)

 Protect-(a slighty-transparent teal ball emerges and protects him from attacks)

 Focus Punch-(fist glows a brilliant blue, greatly increasing the power of the punch)
 Hone Claws-(claws sharpen and lengthen, increasing further attacks.)

Personality:
Aengus has a hard and rugged personality. Once upon a time, he was full of spirit and optimism, but after a tattered past, his nature has changed greatly. Due to his history, Aengus is slow to trust, but once he does trust; he is an incredibly loyal Pokemon. He always seems to be in a grumpy mood, frustrated at the world. (in which most cases, he is). Despite his rather difficult personality, Aengus has an affectionate and friendly side that is seen by few. He may deny it, but he cares more about other Pokemon than he lets on.
Aengus' attitude shows through in his battle strategies. He relies more on power and defense than on agility and speed. His bold and sturdy nature shines through when using his moves. He doesn't back down easy and will fight to the last breath! However, if a friend or fellow Pokemon is injured, he will risk life and limb to save them.

History:
Much of his history is unknown. Aengus doesn't like talking about it to others. What the Pokemon do know is that he lost his mother when he was young, but they don't know how.
Aengus grew up in a chilly, icy, haven. The land was scattered with igloo-like homes and pine trees, colonies of Cubchoos and Beartics living among them. The group travelled together and lived together. They were a concrete, trustworthy unit of Pokemon who depended on each other for survival. Aengus had a cheerful childhood, spending his days playing with the other Cubchoo in the snow piles and valleys of frost. One day, Aengus and a couple of his friends travelled outside the village to go adventuring, but half way out, they heard shouting coming from the direction they came. Turning to face the village, they saw billows of smoke floating up from their home. Hurrying back, they arrived to a sight that sent chills down their spine. A pack of stray Houndoom had ambushed their camp, setting the homes and trees ablaze. Without thinking twice, Aengus ran to his igloo only to find his mother, a large Beartic named Faye, being cornered by a furious Houndoom. Out of the corner of her eye Faye spotted her son, instructing him to hide with a flick of her wrist. Aengus watched in horror as the Houndoom killed his mom. Aengus barely had time to react before the Houndoom turned to try and find him. Within minutes, the Houndoom gave up on his search and ran back out to join the rest of his pack. Continuing to follow his mother's orders, Aengus stayed hidden. Hours passed before the sounds faded, and slowly Aengus emerged from the igloo only to find devastation. Everything was gone. Homes melted to puddles and trees burned to a crisp. No one was in sight. It was like they all had vanished into thin air. Shaking in fear, he went back inside and over to his deceased mother. Her once sparkling scarf was now charred and damaged. Aengus took the scarf, and tied it around his wrist. Shattered by the turn of events, his heart changed forever.
He's been traveling alone since then.
Until one afternoon when he stumbled upon an abandoned egg entangled and hidden behind a bush. The egg was in bad condition, dirt, snow, and grass covering the surface of it. There were no parents in sight, and Aengus made the decision to care for the egg until it hatched or its parents were found. Given it's markings, he assumes it's another Cubchoo or an Ice or Water type.
